Crème fraiche is so luxuriously creamy with a mild flavor that plays well with the strong flavors of crab and fennel. Top with sweet pomegranate arils that burst in your mouth.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the crab, lemon and fish seasoning. Stir in the fennel and pomegranate arils.
  2. Using the toaster, adjust the browning control to setting 4 and place 2 slices of bread in the toasting slots. Press the lever down fully to begin toasting cycle.
  3. Spread the crème fraiche on toast slices and top with the crab mixture. Sprinkle fennel fronds on top and enjoy immediately.
