Directions

  1. In a saucepan on the stove heat the apple juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel, lemon peel, and maple syrup to almost a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while you prepare the Apple Cinnamon Spice Tea.
  2. In your Russel Hobbs Retro Tea Kettle heat 3 cups of water. Place the packets of Apple Cinnamon Spice Tea in a heat resistant pitcher and pour hot water over. Steep for 10 minutes.
  3. With tongs, remove the tea bags from the pitcher and discard.
  4. Using a fine mesh strainer pour the apple juice through the strainer and into the pitcher and stir. Serve in mugs.
