Golden milk gets its "golden" hue from turmeric, a warm and peppery spice known for its health benefits. This drink is just as good cold as it is hot.

Directions

  1. In the jar of a blender, add the oat milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. Blend on low until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour half of the milk mixture into each. Pour half of the coffee on top and stir to combine.
