Kate's Tips on Staying Healthy When On The Go

MEAL PREP


If I’m staying away from home, I like to cook my grains—brown rice, quinoa—using a Earl Gray or chamomile-infused water that I make using my RUSSELL HOBBS Electric Kettle. It makes for a simple but flavorful snack when I’m on the go.

A few easy meals that I like to make in advance include oatmeal and smoothies, so I can grab and go when needed.

ICED COFFEE


I also like to make a pot of coffee using my RUSSELL HOBBS Coffee Maker and leave it in the fridge overnight for a quick grab and go iced coffee in the morning. Sometimes I’ll even toss a few coffee-based ice cubes into my cup – less dilution, too!

PACK TO RELAX


Sometimes traveling can be stressful, so I like to bring a few things to help me relax. I always bring a pair of fuzzy socks and an easy-to-pack facemask. I also take long baths often, read, do yoga or listen to music to keep me calm.

WATER ON THE GO


I take my reusable water bottle wherever I go when I’m traveling. I can fill it up with warm water from anywhere and drink it throughout the day so that I always stay hydrated.
